Burnpedia is a friendly little Pinterest scheduling and analytics tool, built by people who got tired of sticky-note reminders and posting at 2 a.m. because they “forgot again.” So we built the calm, do-it-once tool we always wished existed — and now we get to share it with you.

Okay, picture it: a scrappy food blog, a person who pinned “whenever they remembered,” and analytics that were basically a mystery box. That was us. For months, nothing. Then one random recipe pin quietly took off and sent 40,000 people to the site in a single month. Cue the wide-eyed staring at a dashboard.
That little accident sent us down a rabbit hole. Why did that pin work when a hundred others flopped? We read everything, tested everything, and slowly figured out that Pinterest isn’t a slot machine — it rewards consistency, fresh pins, real keywords, and good timing. The catch? Doing all of that by hand is exhausting, and it’s exactly where most people burn out and quit.
So we built Burnpedia: batch your Pins in one cozy sitting, and let them publish themselves all week at the right times. No 2 a.m. reminders. No spreadsheets held together with hope. Just a calmer way to show up consistently — which, it turns out, is the whole game. If you want the nerdy details, our friend Sadie writes about all of it on the blog.
These aren’t poster-on-the-wall “values.” They’re the actual rules we build by.

Growth shouldn’t feel like a second job. Batch your Pins once, let them publish all week, and go live your actual life. That’s the whole idea.
We show you the handful of numbers that actually matter — saves, clicks, real traffic — and skip the pretty charts that don’t pay the bills.
We’re a small U.S. team building for U.S. creators, bloggers, and small-business owners. Real humans answer your emails. No 40-person “success” funnel.

I’m a former food blogger from Ohio (now in Austin, TX) who accidentally learned Pinterest the hard way and then couldn’t stop. These days I write the Burnpedia blog and help creators grow without turning it into a second full-time job. I run on coffee, and there is usually a golden retriever asleep under my desk.
If you’ve got a Pinterest question, odds are I’ve already rambled about it somewhere on our blog. Come say hi.
