Go to Dashboard → Accounts → Connect Pinterest. You authorize Burnpedia through Pinterest’s official OAuth screen — we never see your Pinterest password, and you can disconnect anytime.

Confirming your email secures your account and lets us send important notices (like failed-pin alerts). You’ll get a confirmation link at signup; you can resend it from the dashboard banner.

We recommend a free Pinterest business account — it unlocks analytics and rich pins and is the correct account type for creators and companies. A personal account can connect too, but business is better for growth. Converting is free and takes a minute.

Yes. Scheduling tools are a supported, first-class use of Pinterest’s API (the same category as Tailwind and Buffer). Everything is user-initiated, spaced out, published one at a time, and reviewable in your queue before it goes live. We never auto-follow, auto-like, or auto-comment.

No. Scheduling through the official Pinterest API is fully supported and safe when done right — spaced out, one pin at a time, and reviewable before it publishes. What actually risks accounts is spammy automation like auto-following or mass-liking, which Burnpedia never does.

Absolutely. Every scheduled pin sits in your Upcoming queue where you can edit its content/time or remove it — right up until its publish time.

You can schedule standard image and video pins through the official Pinterest API — these are the pins that carry a clickable link and drive traffic to your site. Idea Pins are created natively inside the Pinterest app, so we focus on the traffic-driving standard pins.

Pin now publishes immediately instead of scheduling. (While our Pinterest app is in Trial mode, instant publishing works for the app owner’s account; scheduled pins for other accounts auto-publish once production access is granted.)

Yes — on the calendar you can drag a scheduled pin to a different day to reschedule it (its time of day is kept). On mobile, just tap the pin to open it and change the date.

For most people, 3–10 fresh pins a day is a healthy, effective range — and even 1–3 a day, every day, is a great start. Consistency beats a big burst followed by silence. Set a pace you can sustain and let the queue keep it going.

We automatically retry with backoff. If it still fails, it’s marked Failed in your queue with a Retry button, and (with email set up) we can notify you.

The AI writes high-performing pin titles, descriptions, and keywords, and can generate a branded pin image from your title — so you can create a complete pin in seconds.

AI actions are metered in points: a text generation costs 1 point and an image costs 10 points (images use a much heavier AI model, hence the higher cost).

Free points are granted daily per user account (not per connected Pinterest account): Starter 0/day, Basic 11/day (enough for ~1 image + 1 text), Pro 22/day, and Agency 33/day.

Your free daily points reset every 24 hours and do NOT roll over — each day you get a fresh allowance. Points you purchase are separate: they’re added on top and expire 30 days after purchase.

AI buttons will let you know you’re out of points and point you to buy a top-up bundle or upgrade your plan for a larger daily allowance. Nothing breaks — scheduling still works.

Because you can start completely free and only upgrade once a paid plan is already saving you time, we generally don’t refund partial months — but you can cancel anytime and keep full access until the end of your billing period.

Securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards and never see or store your card details.

It’s almost always one of a few fixable things: non-vertical images, cute board names nobody searches for, missing keywords in titles/descriptions, reposting the same old graphic instead of fresh designs, or going quiet after a burst. Pinterest is also a slow-cooker — most pins take weeks or months to peak — so consistency and patience matter most.

Vertical 2:3 pins (1000×1500 px) take up more space in the mobile feed and get seen and saved far more than square images. Burnpedia’s built-in pin creator makes correctly-sized vertical pins for you automatically.

Burnpedia automatically retries failed pins with backoff. If it still fails, it’s marked Failed in your queue with a Retry button. The usual causes are an expired Pinterest connection (just reconnect) or a temporary Pinterest API hiccup — both are easy to recover from and you never lose the pin.

While our Pinterest app is in Trial mode, live publishing is limited to the app owner’s account. Your scheduled pins stay safely queued and will auto-publish once production access is granted — you don’t lose any work in the meantime.

Occasionally — if we add a new capability (like creating boards on your behalf), you may need to reconnect once to grant the new permission. Reconnecting is quick and never clears your queue or history.

Often, yes, and it’s fixable. If your pin promises “15-minute dinner” but the page is slow or buries the payoff, people leave and Pinterest slowly sends less traffic. Make the destination fast and make it deliver on the pin’s promise right away.

Only what’s needed to schedule and publish on your behalf and read your analytics (create pins/boards, read boards and analytics). You authorize this through Pinterest’s OAuth and can revoke it anytime.

Images you upload are stored only to publish and preview your scheduled pins. We never sell your data, and you can delete pins or disconnect at any time.

Absolutely. Go to Dashboard → Accounts and disconnect in one click, or revoke access from Pinterest’s own settings. We stop accessing your account immediately.
