It has a stunning heartbeat of 2.75Hz or 19,800 and 38-jewel self-winding caliber with 343 parts, a +/- 40-hour power reserve. This makes the watch a rare breed in its class.

The Strap

The Jules Audemars Perpetual Calendar strap is designed with dark brown alligator leather that is thicker at its top, where it connects to the watch’s lugs.

The strap tapers down towards its buckle and comes with a soft calf leather layer just on the band’s back. This makes it comfortable to wear.

AP used brown stitching on the strap and has it fastened with a polished 18kt rose gold deployant (folding) buckle to the wrist.

The design looks like a partially skeletonized Audermars Piguet logo.
