The Verizon GizmoWatch 2 is harder to misplace than a handheld device.  The tracker is designed for kids 3 to 11 years old. It has a GPS and LTE connectivity on the Verizon’s network.

When you squint, the Verizon GizmoWatch 2 appears like the Apple Watch. The tracker features a 1.4-inch square touch screen with rounded corners.

The strap is either pink or a rubbery blue. The display is colorful and bright with a resolution of 303 pixels per inch.

The gadget weighs 1.94 ouches, and measures in thickness 0.53 inches. The kids do not feel the weight on their wrists and the bands are very comfortable with them.

The tracker has a 500mAh battery that can last for four days, 4GB of RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2500 1.2GHz quad-core processor.

The GizmoWatch 2 comes with IP rating of IP67, which means that it is water resistant. It can stay up to 30 minutes under a 3.2 feet of water.

Its charger features four small gold pins that align with the gadget’s gold charging contacts on its back.

Users can download the GizmoHub app on iOS and Android while it is charging. When you download this app, you have to enter information to help you create your child’s account.

Once you have fully charged the tracker, the next thing to do is to turn on the watch-phone and wait to be connected to the Verizon’s network.

Make use of a QR code scanner in the tracker app to scan the code on its watch. Follow instructions in the app for connection.

The interface of the tracker is intuitive and colorful. When you swipe down from the tracker’s clock face, it pulls up the Check in, Clock Faces, Ringtones, and Volumes.

When a kid presses the tracker’s Check in button, it activates an alert to the parents’ phone with location and in real time.

When the tracker is swiped left and right from its clock face, it brings up Settings, Gadgets, Fun Activities, and Contacts.
